Lead Minister

Tim has been with firstChristian since 2002, becoming Lead Minister in 2007. Tim's primary role is discerning God's vision for firstChristian, while leading the staff and church through teaching and pastoral care. Tim is married to Julie, and they have four adult children & one grandchild.
Randall Coffin
Executive Minister
Randall has been serving as Executive Minister since 2007. He oversees the overall administration of the church as well as leading the Rooted discipleship experience. Randall is married to Lori, and they have two adult children.
Greg Springer
Worship Arts Minister
Greg joined our staff as the Worship Arts Minister in June of 2007. Greg leads us in worship on Sunday mornings and oversees all areas of our worship arts including our praise teams and visual arts. Greg is married to Jess, and they have two kids.
Kristi Carmichael
Kid's Minister
Kristi has played an active role in our kid's ministry team since the early 2000's and joined the staff in 2012. Kristi has a passion to inspire kids to live faith filled lives while empowering their parents to keep those faith conversations going. Kristi is married to Kirk, and they have three kids.
Tony Burke
Discipleship Minister

Tony joined our team in 2024, after having served as one of our elders. Tony oversees our adult discipleship, has a passion for empowering people for ministry, and helping them take the next steps in their faith. Tony is married to Karen, and they have five kids.

In the early Church, Elders were named from within each congregation and given the responsibility of oversight in spiritual matters.
